Hospice Care of America began operations in
Rockford, Illinois
in September 2004 and has faithfully served
hospice needs  in  Winnebago,  Ogle,  
Stephenson, McHenry, DeKalb & Boone Counties.
In October 2006,
Hospice Care of America opened the doors to
its second office, located in Pecatonica, and in
the spring of 2008 Hospice Care of America
began expanding further west with an office in
Freeport, IL.
