| Martha Johnson-Swagerty, RN Hospice Care of America Founder |
| After Jane died, Marty Johnson graduated from nursing school and pursued a career in pediatric nursing, but her passion about hospice led her to work in and for hospices in four states-most recently in Rockford, Illinois where she founded Hospice Care of America, which is based on the principles of caring for patients and staff as though they are family. And in a sense, We Are! |
